Beautiful Backyard Wedding

Backyards are always a great venue for some barbecue, family gatherings, and even camping for the kids. But with a little help of some wedding professionals, you can transform such a homey private space into a classy venue where you can exchange your I do’s. Eva and Thomas turned their backyard into the perfect spot for their wedding. With a spacious area and lot of grass and trees towering the perimeter, it was the best place to invite some friends and relatives over for a grandiose celebration.

Everything was done right there from the preps, to the ceremony, and even until the reception. They had a tent setup for shade, some white comfy chairs, and even a dance floor of white panels installed. It was a good contrast with the green grass which gave the place a little bit more character – a touch of elegance in a once common and usual place. It looked very classy and cozy at the same time.

While we normally take couples elsewhere for pictorials, we didn’t find the need to do so with Eva and Thomas. Their residence was already perfect since there were a lot of nature contrasts, an assortment of greens, and a beautiful textured house. The façade of the house looked so elegant that we decided to use it as the background for a lot of their portraits and group shots.

It was one of those weddings that felt very homey too, not just because we were in the backyard, but the sound of children laughing made this wedding a fun filled occasion. In fact, there was a lot of laughing that it made the day feel joyous and a little bit more relaxed. You could just see how at ease the guests were as they delighted in the occasion while enjoying some wine, cheese and some dancing, as a string quartet filled the air with music. The food was also delectable and truly amazing as they were prepared by Daniel et Daniel, as were the fancy sweets by Bobbette and Belle.

Even the bride herself looked very comfortable and happy that day. Eva had that sweet genuine smile that showed even when we made her pose. And she wore it however way she can as she kept smiling on and off camera. We just knew she enjoyed every second of her wedding day.

You could just sense that intimacy and special moment happening between Thomas and Eva during the ceremony. We could not help but be moved seeing the both of them having tears of heartfelt joy as they tied the knot. It was a beautiful celebration as they joined together as one. Thomas with his son and a daughter, and Eva with her son and two daughters are now one family.
And while they say that weddings are a joining of two families into one, this particular wedding is a literal realization of that saying.

It was truly a fun and intimate occasion, one that we too enjoyed so much. We wish many wonderful years of joy and happiness to Eva and Thomas, and their BiiiiiiG family!
